Products

Four product lines.
One precision standard.

Bearing steel balls, ceramic balls, stainless steel balls, and bearing steel wire with annealing. Standard sizes ship directly; non-standard dimensions, materials and grades are quoted against your drawing.

01 — BEARING STEEL BALL

Bearing steel balls

GCr15 · 100Cr6 · SUJ2 · G10 / G16

Our main line. High-carbon chromium bearing steel GCr15, formed, spheroidise-annealed, hardened and tempered, rough-ground, fine-ground and superfinished, then graded ball by ball. Hardness sits at HRC 60–66; spherical error and surface roughness are held to the grade you order, so the balls can go straight onto an assembly line.

  • MaterialGCr15 (100Cr6 / SUJ2); other bearing steels on request
  • Size⌀0.5 – ⌀120 mm standard; larger sizes on request
  • GradeG10 and G16 as standard, to GB/T 308 and ISO 3290; coarser grades on request; G5 is not available in steel
  • HardnessHRC 60–66, tight spread within a batch
  • SurfaceFine ground and superfinished, free of scale and dents, rust-prevented before packing
  • PackingRust-preventive oil, cartons, sealed bags; line-side packaging on request

02 — CERAMIC BALL

Ceramic balls

Si₃N₄ · ZrO₂ · Al₂O₃

Ceramic balls are formed, sintered, ground and polished from silicon nitride, zirconia or alumina. At roughly 40% the density of bearing steel they are insulating, non-magnetic and resistant to heat and corrosion — suited to high speed, vacuum, aggressive media and wide temperature swings.

  • MaterialSilicon nitride Si₃N₄, zirconia ZrO₂, alumina Al₂O₃
  • Size⌀0.5 – ⌀100 mm; custom sizes on request
  • GradeSilicon nitride down to G5; zirconia and alumina G10 / G16

FAQ

Before you order,
you probably ask this.

Anything not covered here — call or message us. We answer around the clock.

What is the minimum order quantity?
One piece for non-standard sizes — samples and trial fits are fine. Standard sizes are cheaper by the 40 kg carton, but small lots are accepted.
What is the lead time?
High-volume standard sizes are in stock and ship the same day. Non-standard items are scheduled by process, and the lead time is confirmed together with the quote.
Can I check samples first?
Yes — standard sizes have samples available. For non-standard balls we can run a small trial batch so you can assemble before committing to volume.
Can the packing be customized?
Standard packing is carton. Rust-preventive oil, sealed bags, line-side boxes, custom labels and barcodes can all be arranged.
Do you supply inspection reports?
Yes. Dimensional and hardness records travel with the shipment. Third-party inspection reports or material certificates can be arranged on request.
What are the payment terms?
Small lots: payment with order. Larger customers are welcome to visit the plant; once capacity and process are confirmed, terms can be agreed under a supply contract.

Note: the figures above are standard ranges and typical industry values, given for selection only. Special sizes, materials, grades and packing are quoted against your drawing; the contract and technical agreement prevail.

Not sure which one?

Send the duty, the envelope and the target cost — we will suggest material and grade first, price second.
